How do I know which crystal is right for me?

What is Bazi or Four Pillars of Destiny?
Bazi (八字) is a traditional Chinese system that uses your birth date, time and place to map your energy profile using the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water). It is used for self-understanding and life guidance. We combine it with Western Astrology and the Enneagram for a rounded analysis.
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a personality typology of nine types. It describes core motivations, fears and growth paths. We use it alongside Bazi and Astrology to personalise your crystal recommendations and insights.
Is the personalised analysis free?
Yes. Your Bazi, Astrology and Enneagram analysis and crystal recommendations are free. You can optionally unlock the full written report (all insight sections) for a one-time fee, which includes a crystal-purchase coupon.
Do I need my birth time for the analysis?
Birth time is optional. We get more accurate Bazi and Astrology results with it, but you can leave it blank or tick "I don't know my birth time" and still receive a full analysis and crystal recommendations.
Can I unlock my full report later?
Yes. If you've saved your analysis, you can unlock the full report (all insight sections) at any time from your account or the report page. Unlock is a one-time purchase and includes a crystal-purchase coupon.
Is my analysis and personal data kept private?
Yes. We use your data only to provide your analysis and orders, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Are the crystals authentic?
We source our crystals from trusted suppliers and prioritise ethical sourcing. We select our pieces for quality and craftsmanship.
Can I buy a crystal bracelet as a gift for someone else?
Yes. You can order any bracelet or phone strap as a gift. We ship to the address you provide at checkout.
Will the bracelet fit my wrist? Is it suitable for different wrist sizes?
Yes. Our bracelets are adjustable and fit a range of wrist sizes. You can adjust the fit when you receive your piece.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. Free delivery on orders over HKD 500. Times may vary by destination and carrier.
How much is delivery? What is the free delivery threshold?
Delivery cost is shown at checkout and depends on your location. Free delivery applies on orders of HKD 500 or more.
Do you ship to Hong Kong?
Yes. We ship to Hong Kong and the other regions offered at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Free delivery may apply above our order threshold.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the regions offered at checkout. Delivery times and any customs or import charges depend on your country, similar to other international ecommerce and jewellery platforms.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to your email where available. You can also check your order status in your account under Orders.
What is your return policy?
We don't offer returns on jewellery because our pieces are worn on the skin and made in small batches, so we can't resell them. We check every order before it ships—and if something's wrong or defective, we'll make it right. Digital content (e.g. unlocked reports) is non-refundable once accessed.
Care & payment
How do I care for my crystal jewellery?
Clean crystals with a soft, dry cloth. Store away from direct sunlight to avoid colour fading. Avoid harsh chemicals and impacts. Many customers recharge pieces in moonlight or gentle sunlight; handle with care to prevent scratches.
Can I wear my crystal bracelet in the shower or water?
We recommend removing crystal jewellery before showering, swimming or prolonged contact with water to protect the crystals and fittings. Dry your piece with a soft cloth if it gets wet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) securely through Stripe. Payment is processed at checkout; we do not store your full card details.
