Welcome to Crystal Ball Jewellery. By using our website, our personalised destiny analysis, or purchasing our crystal jewellery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our services

Crystal Ball provides (a) a free personalised analysis based on Bazi (Four Pillars), Western Astrology and Enneagram, (b) optional paid unlock of the full report and (c) the sale of crystal jewellery (bracelets, phone straps and related products) recommended from your analysis. Our website and services are for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Account and accuracy of information

You may create an account to save your analysis, place orders and manage your profile. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or for other legitimate reasons, consistent with practices of ecommerce and online service providers.

3. Analysis and content

Our analysis is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Results and recommendations (including crystal suggestions) are generated from the information you provide; we do not guarantee any particular outcome. You use the analysis at your own discretion. Unlocking the full report is a one-time purchase; access is subject to our systems and your account remaining in good standing.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout (e.g. card via Stripe). Prices are in the currency displayed; we may support multiple currencies. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues). Refunds are handled as set out in section 6.

5. Shipping and delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Free delivery may apply above a stated order threshold, as shown on the site.

6. Returns and refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on jewellery and physical products, because our pieces are worn on the skin and made in small batches and cannot be resold. We check every order before it ships. Digital content (e.g. unlocked reports) is non-refundable once accessed. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual property

The Crystal Ball name, logo, website design, analysis methodology and content are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, scrape, resell or misuse our content or systems. You may view and use the site and your own analysis for personal use in line with these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Ball and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the site, the analysis or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order or service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes we may notify you by email or a notice on the site where appropriate.

10. Governing law and contact
